Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Free Delivery, Exchange, and Refund

Free Delivery:
We offer free delivery on all orders placed through our website, www.CrocsEgypt.com.

Free Exchange:
We offer free exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will cover the shipping costs.

Free Refund:
Should you prefer a refund, we will process it at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Website Only:
Exchanges and refunds can only be processed through our website. They are not available in our physical stores.

Request Process:

  1. Log in to your account on www.CrocsEgypt.com.
  2. Go to the “Order History” section and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Follow the prompts to initiate the exchange or refund process.
  4. After your request is submitted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your items.
Processing Time
  • Exchanges:
    Once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange, we will process your request within 5-7 business days. The replacement item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Conditions Not Covered
  • In-Store Purchases:
    Items purchased from physical retail stores are not eligible for exchanges or refunds via the website. Please contact the store where the purchase was made for their specific return policy.

  • Final Sale Items:
    Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
